Terms of Service

The service

Sellwise measures how visitors use your online store, finds opportunities and, within the operating mode you choose, recommends or runs on-site actions. Features marked as preview may change or be removed.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us at once about unauthorized use. We recommend turning on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Your data and your visitors

You keep ownership of the data you and your website send to Sellwise. You allow us to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for informing your visitors and for having a lawful basis, including any consent your law requires, for the data your website sends. Do not send payment card data or special categories of personal data.

Connected services

When you connect Google, Meta, Shopify or another service, you allow Sellwise to read the data you authorize. That service’s own terms apply to it, and you can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sellwise unlawfully, to discriminate against or mislead people, or to bypass its security or limits. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

Automated actions

In Autopilot, Sellwise acts only within the rules and limits you set, and you remain responsible for the offers shown on your website. Estimates and measured results are not a guarantee of revenue.

Fees

Preview access may be free. A paid plan and its price are shown to you before any charge, and we never charge without your agreement.

Intellectual property

We own the Sellwise service and software. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sellwise available but do not promise uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. We may change features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Disclaimer and liability

Sellwise is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. After closure we handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change and tell account holders about material changes in advance. Continuing to use Sellwise after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the mandatory law of your country applies.
